Each item is handmade by one human (hi, it’s me), not mass-produced by a robot army. That means every piece is unique, slightly unhinged, and perfectly imperfect. But if something’s truly wrong, I’ll make it right.
Returns – The Basics
You have 14 days after your order arrives to decide if it’s right for you.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned in the original packaging (or something equally secure)
You must contact me before sending it back

Items sent back without contacting me first will be sent to the Upside Down. Or at least ignored.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Because of the nature of my work, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Items damaged by improper care (e.g., thrown in a dishwasher when I literally said don’t)
Refunds – The Fine Print
Once I receive and inspect the return, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
You’re responsible for return shipping unless I messed up (it happens—I’m only caffeinated, not perfect).
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oof. That’s on me. If your item arrived broken or just plain wrong, contact me within 3 days of delivery. I’ll replace it, refund it, or scream into the void with you.
